Indoor Dining is available and YES, we still have Outdoor Dining for those who are brave enough to weather the cold!

We wish to thank all the generous Crest patrons who came out to support the event, as well as the Keepers, Joe Saimeri and Richie Mitnick who provided live entertainment for the our patrons as they ate their Breakfast. Donations continue to come in and we are hopeful the generousity continues and we bring this total up even higher.

Thank you to all the generous Crest patrons who donated for the past several weeks and to the Lachappelle’s for building and sharing this Community pantry for all of West Side to benefit from.

Thank you to all the local business owners who stepped up with very generous financial donations to help with this fundraiser.
Thank You Rays of Hope for all that you do…

Phil was born and raised here in West Side and actually got his start in the restaurant industry when he was 16 years old, busing tables at the Storrowton Tavern.
He attended Holyoke Community College and UMASS, graduating from the Eisenberg School of Management with a degree in Hospitality Management. Simultaneously, Phil worked his way up to Food and Beverage Manager at the MassMutual Center. He later moved on to become the youngest General Manager for a large regional restaurant chain.
Phil has worked in the Food and Beverage industry for over 12 years in every capacity from washing dishes, to prepping and delivering riders for celebrities, to managing large restaurants. Phil’s personal belief is that no workplace can succeed without teamwork and he tries to instill that principle into the entire staff at The Crest Room.
